Monday updates
An email with the trades I made the week before, while they’re still live. Each trade shows:
- How much I was paid in premiums
- Which company I traded
- Which expiry dates I picked
- How I’m thinking about the strategy: my reasoning and logic
Not every week has new trades. Some options I sell last a week, some last a month, so some weeks there’s nothing new to open. When that happens, the email says so.
Open trades
Every position I have open right now: company, strike, expiry and premium. The free site only shows trades after they close.
85-company watchlist
The full list of companies I’m watching: the ones I trade now, and the ones I would sell options on if I had more capital, because I think they’re at a low enough multiple.
Individual company primers
A separate one-page primer for each of the 85 companies. That’s 85 PDFs, not one 85-page document. Each page covers:
- The six tests, and how it scores
- Seven extra checks, drawn from long-term investors I’ve learned from, listed on the Strategy page
- Its moat, and whether it’s getting wider or narrower
- Industry specifics, context and nuance
- A valuation

Monthly ask me anything
A live group session for members at the end of each month. Send your questions in advance and I’ll go through them on the call.
The date and link come by email. Like everything here, it’s how I run my own trades, not advice.
The Monday update goes out on Monday because that’s when the US market opens for the week. When Monday is a market holiday, the update goes out on the next trading day instead, usually Tuesday.
Everything arrives by email: the Monday update, the primers and the monthly session link. After you subscribe, add the sender address from your confirmation email to your contacts or safe senders list, and check your spam and promotions folders. If the address is blocked or filtered, nothing will reach you.
Checkout is handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account. This is my personal trade log shared as it happens, not a recommendation to buy or sell.
